VoiceSage invited to host debate on ‘The Customer Contact Challenge’ at CCA Conference

Customer Contact CCA Conference| 12-13 November |Edinburgh

VoiceSage will host a lunchtime debate at this year’s CCA conference: The Future of Customer Service on the topic of ‘The Contact Challenge – Omni, Multi and Cross Channel – Making it Work for Customers’.

Attendees at the lunch will discuss the concept and issues around achieving a seamless customer experience across all parts of the customer journey and across all channels. At lunch, hosts Mark Oppermann (Sales Director) and David Martin (Head of Partner Channels and Alliances) will be discussing practical ideas and strategies being used to improve contact process and delighted customers.
