VoiceSage Customer Shortlisted for BT Retail Week Technology Awards 2014

BT Retail Technology Award 2014VoiceSage customer, BrightHouse, has been shortlisted in the Digital Launch of the Year category of the BT Retail Week Technology Awards 2014.

BrightHouse, which is the UK’s largest weekly payment retailer, has been selected alongside seven other organisations, for its entry called ‘Connecting With Customers’.

VoiceSage worked with BrightHouse to automate their credit management process which was previously run manually from individual stores. The new system incorporates a single dialler extract file, deployed dynamically across all BrightHouse outlets, which allows the company to deliver central contact centre functionality to a dispersed team. BrightHouse has some 286 stores nationwide, which serve over 270,000 customers across the UK.

Run by Retail Week and judged by retailers, entries to the BT Retail Week Technology Awards were required to demonstrate the difference which technology had made to the businesses this year.

The winners will be announced at an award ceremony on Wednesday, 11 June at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London. Judges this year include Darrell Stein, CIO at Marks and Spencer and Mike McNamara, CIO at Tesco.
